How Team Productivity Is Calculated
Productivity is the ratio of output to the effort that produced it. Output per hour is output ÷ hours, output per person is output ÷ team size, and output per person-hour is output ÷ (hours × team size).
The headline efficiency score is the per-person-hour output expressed as a percentage: output ÷ (hours × team size) × 100. This normalizes output so teams of different sizes and schedules can be compared fairly.
