How Program Health Is Calculated
Each dimension (schedule, quality, budget, risk) is scored 0–100, and the overall health is the simple average: (schedule + quality + budget + risk) ÷ 4.
The Red-Amber-Green status uses the delivery dimensions: Green when schedule, quality, and budget are all at or above 75; Amber when at least one of them is at or above 50; otherwise Red.
Why It Matters
RAG health reporting is the classic PMO dashboard signal. A green program is on track; an amber one needs attention; red programs require executive escalation. Combine with Program Predictability for performance-index detail.
